What We Do
Mobile Notary Services
We provide convenient, on-site notarization for a variety of documents, including but not limited to affidavits and sworn statements, powers of attorney, parental consent forms, and medical authorization forms. Services are available at a location of your choice—such as your home, office, hospital, or another agreed-upon public meeting place.
Document Formatting Support
We provide professional assistance in refining and organizing documents that have already been prepared.
Our services focus on enhancing clarity, consistency, and presentation to ensure your materials are submission-ready and easy to navigate. This includes:
Cleaning up formatting and spacing
Improving readability, structure, and visual consistency
Ensuring documents are professionally organized for submission
Assembling and marking exhibits
Merging or splitting PDF files as needed
Applying Bates numbering and basic redaction services
Proofreading Services
We review documents for:
Grammar and spelling
Typographical errors
Formatting inconsistencies
Overall clarity and professionalism
What We Don’t Do
To protect our clients and remain compliant with state regulations, WE DO NOT:
Provide legal advice or legal interpretation of any kind
Provide case guidance or procedural direction
Interpret laws, court rules, or explain your rights or options
Tell clients which forms to use
Draft legal documents
Fill out legal forms on a client’s behalf based on their situation
Notarize real estate or title closing documents, including but not limited to mortgage closings, refinance packages, or real property transfer documents

Our notary role is strictly limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and administering oaths or affirmations as required by law.
